Regret purchasing Nissan Magnite 2022

I am certainly not happy and have recently regret my purchase with Nissan CMH Pinetown.

NISSAN MAGNITE - SILVER

I Purchased my NEW Nissan Magnite on the 01/04/2022 which I paid cash for, and delivery was on the 02/04/2022.

After a week of driving this car, I noticed while braking there was a noise, I thought it could be due to a new car this was normal, then it got worse and when accelerating the noise also occurred.

By the 10/04/2022, this was getting very bad (8 days after purchase?), On the 13/04/2022, I called the salesperson and told him about the noise, and I am not happy with my purchase.

He offered to book the car in to checked by a technician, I was in constant contact with him to get this booked, finally on the 19/04/2022, we managed to get this booked for the 21/04/2022

I received a call from the workshop about 14:30 pm saying that the technician thinks that there is an issue with the Turbo, and they will have to strip the car further to establish what is the actual issue.

At this point I was very highly frustrated and asked her not to strip the car, one it’s a new car and I am not prepared for this to be repaired with and if my car is kept over night , how do I travel without a car , it is totally unacceptable and surely the dealership should provide me with a courtesy car. The lady that called said that she will chat to management and get back to me.

I wasted no time, I immediately called the head of sales manager and he said that we will chat to the workshop I then called the workshop manager to get an update

To my surprise, theclady calls back about +- 1 Hour after initial call and said to me that everything is now fine and that there will be no stripping of the Turbo and the brakes was lubricated and the technician drove the car and there is no such noise anymore.

I arrived that afternoon at 17:20 pm signed the Job Card No: 006809, Technician was Frans (21/04/2022) and left.

The Lady aslo confirmed that are lots of complaints with the Magnite range and other customers are experiencing similar isssues ??

The car has gotten worse now in terms of the noise.

This is not fair on our side, especially the fact that this a NEW car and the inconvenience that this has caused. Now Nissan comes back and says that the noise had something to do with their engineering side and there is no time frame for this to be sorted.

WHY ARE YOU NOT TESTING THIS BEFORE SELLING??

I want my car to be exchanged for my money back.
