refusing to fix my car

I took my car to be fixed,because it couldnot move, I don't know why. They checked it, and said it ran without oil. I told them it was impossible because the car was from service 4 months ago, to a car that is only 2 years old. It's either the car has a fault or something was done to it during the service. And the car was supposed to indicate low oil,as it was getting finished but it did not. It only show now that it doesn't have oil. The warranty department doesn't want to pay either. <br> <br> The car was towed to the dealer Tuesday morning, I only heard about the problem Friday after I went myself to the dealer to check what's happening, I was not called to give me updates about the progress or the state of the car.<br> <br> Please help me..i can't pay 100.000 to a car that I did not damage, because now it makes me think that I might have been driving a car that had fault from day one when I bought it. Iam now worried about my safety in that car.
