Refusal to provide assistance with Courtesy Car

Just booked my car for mext at Nissan Milnerton. This is the 1st time making use od their services and they didnt disappointmemt with telling me tlhat there are no courtesy cars available to loan to me? This is very much of a shock esp given the fact that this is the first time I had a Nissan and VW has never treated me this way before as their end customer in terms of vehicle class! Please reconsider, otherwise, I'll have to take my husiness elsewhere? I have meetings all day everyday, I cant operate without a car?!
