Really disappointing service

I was a loyal Nissan owner. But after receiving my car back from a service to realize that there was no oil in my car was the last straw. With the service review I told the lady who called.No communication was received. Not even a sorry. No communication, even when car will be done for its service, and I service at least 4 times a year. Very disappointed in Nissan. Received my last nissan Qashqai ,which I bought at Nissan Klerksdorp, without the right size Wheel spanner. Leaving me to pay for a call out when I realized I could not change my flat tyre. Had to struggle a week to get the car on my name, because car was never put through a road worthy test. The Rear tyre's where 0.6 bar when I received the car. After car was drove like that from Klerksdorp to George by sales rep of Klerksdorp. The rear tyre's did not even last 3 weeks.
