****** is happening in Peit Retief McM**** Nissan & Renault

To McM**** Nissan & Renault Peit Retief I went to McM**** Nissan & Renault to service my car. I have extended service plan. The service authorized the service together with extra R1000 either for wipes or breaks. I chose wipes. The guy who was helping us came to me fuming saying brakes and wipes goes partially but with the owner we agreed that they are going to put wipes. They refused to give me my car, i have spent 4 hours arguing with them. I had to travel 100kz to where i stay they said they don't give a damn and he doesn't care. The guy is soo ****** and rude he refused with my car lying saying he putted brakes in my car without my consent. I told him to remove them he said i will have to pay him R2500. Brakes were never installed in my car the owner confirmed.
