QashQai Battery Problems

I bought a Nissan QashQhai on 18 April 2019 and hardly 3 years have passed and already my vehicle's battery is troublesome, went to the dealership today 17 March 2022 (Star Nissan Vereeniging) and I was told that the battery needs replacement and was not advised of this when my Vehicle went for a 45 000km service last Friday 12 March 2022.

Not even an investigation as why so soon when I have not even reached the 3 year anniversary of the vehicle, and everything is still stock (No sound system or any other upgrades on the Vehicle) and what really ****es me off is that the Road Assistance guy hinted to the fact that batteries on this type of vehicle seem to be problematic as most of his calls are to jump start this particular model which can only mean that there may be a known factory fault that they (Nissan) are hiding from us.
