Poor Service/Nissan QashQai Forever Problems

I am troubled by the treatment that I have received from Nissan Group1. The insurance towed my car on Tuesday because it could not start and had engine light. I was told there were more cars that had similar problem and I had to wait in the queue

I then called yesterday(Wednesday) and nothing was done to the car. Today(Thursday) I called to find out what was the problem and told about the new battery that I needed to buy.

I was then told that my car can only be looked at once I bring the battery. I then bought the battery after being told to bring 720p which I could not find and I bought what I could buy.

What puzzled me is that my car was supposed to take priority on Wednesday or Thursday since the booking is done daily meaning they needed to count it. I am told that I will have to wait until the end of the day to know what is the problem.

I am not happy by this service and I must constantly phone the service advisor to get the progress. Tomorrow is Friday and I will still have no car as I have to drop my kids and take myself to work that is the purpose of having the car The service is very poor and I am not treated as the other customers. I am not valued

Can someone please assist and get to the bottom of the problem. I have been struggling with that car when I am paying every month almost R7k for the car that has endless problems

This is my second car that I bought with Group1 and I am worried that I might no longer support Nissan

This car has engine light and I reported this when it was dropped and I was asked to buy new battery which I did. Again last week the yellow tap warning (engine) warned me and dispear which tells one day I will have a big problem with this car but nissan is not checking the cause they are reactive not proactive
