Poor service from Nissan South Africa
I am very disappointed in how Nissan SA is treating me as their client.
I took my car in for the servicing to Nissan Hatfield on the 9th of October 2023 and I told them that there's a persisting warning ⚠️ sign on the dashboard. I was told it was due to the battery that wasn't within the required voltage however they charged it and I should monitor it and bring it back if the problem persist.
The problem persisted and I took it back on Monday the 23rd of October 2023 and till this day I haven't received my car. I have been daily updates from the service advisor and the workshop manager.
Due to the nature of the problem that my car has and it is a warranty issue, the dealership even lodged a request for me to get a rental vehicle from Nissan South Africa on Tuesday the 31st of October and it was only allocated yesterday the 2nd of November after I fought with Nissan SA customer care consultant.
Today I am being told that my rental request was declined because the Hatfield Dealership must still run tests and diagnose my car. However all this tests were done by the dealer and sent to Nissan SA.
I am very disappointed in how Nissan SA is treating me. They do not value me as their client and I am even thinking of selling the car due to the nature of stress they are giving me. And mind you I only bought this car on the 24th of April 2023. I am even thinking of getting of this car and go to the brand that will value me as their client.
A big thanks to the service advisor and the workshop manager from Nissan Hatfield who are doing everything they can.
