POOR SERVICE AT NTT NISSAN KLERKSDORP, HAD TO COLLECT MY CAR AFTER MAKING SO MANY PHONE CALLS TO THEM AND

NTT NISSAN KLERKSDORP IS SUCH A DISGRACE WITH THEIR POOR SERVICE. If 0 was possible to give I would give them 0/5. The service is so poor that I don't even know where to start. Their service department is so carefree that they would rather close shop with customers vehicle without bothering to contact the customer. When confronted and asked to show if they called, they then produce wrong contact details and how is it possible that they will get me on a wrong number. I had to pay bolt to go fetch my car after calling their manage non stop who also mentioned she was given the same wrong numbers by Chantelle G******laar or something like that.. Whom was so rude to me at around 19h00 when I collected my car. I would never recommend anyone to gor for NTT Nissan Klerksdorp. Poor poor filthy service. My tracker shows that the car was done with long ago and yet, they failed to contact me. Not even look for my alternative contacts as they were calling the wrong ones. They could not even verify before calling. All they could say was that they can not send the driver to where he dropped me which was my place of work.. They are just unprofessional.

What hurts is that they seem not to even care about the situation as portrayed by the rudeness and unprofessionalism. The incompetence is on another leven and I would hate to believe they can do this to a person of a different color to mine.

They just did not care at all.

Poor service, definitely going to gor for a different car brand because of NTT NISSAN KLERKSDORP.
