Poor service and no consideration for customers

I took my car in at nissan middelburg on the 29 March 2016 after the engineer stopped working as i was driving on the N4. i was informed that the engineer needed to be overhauled. i was told i would get my car back on the 22rd April 2016, i then called Nissan South africa to assist me as nissan middelburg was not updating me on what was happening and how far the work was on the car. i was called back to say the car would be finished by the 29th April 2016 as the was a delay on the delivaring of the parts needed to fix the car. all this time i was asking for a courtesy car whilst they fix the car and they told me they do not have a courtest car to give me. My car was finally finished on the 13 May 2016 and i went to get the car. I took the car and started driving to Pretoria, 92km into my trip the car started losing power and a bad noise was coming from the engineer. I stopped the car and started calling for road side assistance, i was towed to centurion nissan. the following monday (16May 2016) Nissan centurion got back to me and told me that Nissan middelburg did not put gear box oil into the car and that the gear box was completely broken. I called nissan middelburg to find out if they got the report, they said yes and they will fix the car. i them asked for a courtesy since this was not my own doing and that it would take long for the car to be fix. They still refused to give me a courtesy car. today its the 20 May 2016 and still no word on when i will get my car and still they refuse to give me a courtesy car. what is frustrating is that i paid R56 000 for my car to be fixed but seems that this branch does not feel for me having spent that much money to fix this car. I need help with this please.
