POOR SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCY

My Qashqai was towed in to Nissan Mthatha last week Thursday (22/09/2022) after it stopped moving forward while it was in motion, when I inspected it, I saw an oil leak. Algoa Nissan (where I bought the vehicle) assisted me and made sure that it was in the nearest Nissan, which is Mthatha. I was told that Maiketso will give me a call as soon as the vehicle gets to the dealership, she/he never did till today. When I called them on Friday (23/09/2022) I couldn’t get anyone from service department, the call kept on returning to the reception. I phone Algoa Nissan again to help, then I received a call from Nissan Mthatha to tell me that there was no job card opened for the vehicle, they don’t even know why is it there and they can only give me feedback on Monday (26/09/2022). I haven’t been happy with the service I got from Nissan Mthatha and I no longer trust them with my vehicle. Yesterday after trying to get hold of them with no luck I had to physically go to Algoa Nissan to help me find out what is happening with the vehicles because I ran out of resources to dig information from them. After staying on the line for more than 30min, I was advised to log a complaint on Nissan SA. Today I was told that it is not a mechanical breakdown because the oil cooler was damaged by an object and the car was driven without an oil. I asked them if the object that damaged the oil cooler also damaged the sensors because I never got a warning of low oil level. They haven’t rep**** to my email. Instead they sent me an invoice with no banking details. I am struggling to go to work because the is no public transport where I work and I am paying that car with my money.
