Poor service and feedback
My car broke down during the start of December 2014 and taken to Nissan Randburg. The car had damage to its engine and had to be opened by the engineers to see what the problem was.

I gave the go ahead for the work to be done on the vehicle on 8 December. Its now 2 months later with no feedback from the workshop or engineers and limited feedback from Nissan Randburg. I received a notice from Nissan Randburg on Monday that the engineer working on the vehicle will contact me and give a quote on the damage so that I can go ahead and decide to fix the vehicle or try and sell/exchange for something else.

I am looking to get rid of my Nissan Juke and buying another Nissan vehicle. However if this is the service given by the company I will have to look at other companies and vehicle manufacturers. I have been without a vehicle now for 2 months with no active feedback or communication from Nissan.

The worst service I have ever had!
