Poor Quality Timing Chains - Who is Accountable

Today i realized that Nissan is one of the worst car manufacturing companies and especially where they don't assist their clients to the fullest. Besides, they using poor quality timing chains and don't want to admit their wrong which can cause great damage to a customer's vehicle not to mention the expenses for repairs and parts and even taking lives.

I have a Nissan Juke 1.2 Accenta+ 2016 module with less than 50 000Km. The chain stretched which i believe was a poor quality hence the premature stretch as the chain only needs to be replaced at 300 000Km according to Nissan's service guide.

The car has all his annual services done by Nissan and is only used for normal driving mainly from home to work.

I have read some reviews on Nissan's poor quality Timing Chains in other countries and how it was recalled and makes me wonder about the real poor quality of my car.

I would expect Nissan to take accountability for their poor quality timing chain and replace it at their own expensive instead of ripping people off with high costing cars and poor quality timing chains
