Poor poor service

Went in to Bidvest mcarthy on Malibongwe drive in order to replace car part on 8th November 2019 no feedback nor call as promised. In January called in on the 16th to be advised the person ordering no longer works there however the quote/confirmation of part ordered was disputed and I was advised no record. I sent again for this part to be order. To date still no feedback from Marthinie who assisted me. This is poor service..
