POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK ETHICS

I recently bought a brand new Nissan NP200 at the end of August 2022.

From the start I had problems where the dealership added a service plan and tyre warranty without discussing it with me. I only noticed it when the installment on the contract was almost R400 per month more than the quote I accepted. they also **** about the value of the service plan.

I had a confirmed meeting with the sales manager a week after buying the vehicle, but he was out of town when I arrived at the dealership for the appointment. He couldn't even let me know that he wasn't interested in meeting me anymore.

I noticed a few small defects on the vehicle, including a crack in the paint on the roof of the vehicle.

The dealership fixed most of the smaller defects but the repairs to the paint on the roof is still outstanding. The dealership is waiting for "warranty" to come back to them. And nobody is giving me feedback on the progress.

I bought this vehicle for business use, to generate money, but it is parked off at the office waiting for "warranty".

Nissan SA clearly need to work on the following: Integrity, honesty, respect, responsibly and accountably.

I never had the same issues with VW. The only reason I didn't buy a VW this time, is that I needed another vehicle immediately and the waiting period for a new VW Caddy is approximately 10 months.
