Poor after sale service from Witbank Nissan

Took my bakkie in twice for brake pads to be changed. They just polished them and also took car in for service and requested brake pads to be changed. I was told to wait 21 days. I am still waiting since February and there’s nothing done. My brakes make noise. Witbank Nissan has poor service
