Pinetown Nissan Poor Customer Service

<p>My brother purchased a brand new Nissan Liviria Model 2014 ***ner: Mr T E Khuzwayo reg no. ND 787746) at Pinetown Nissan in 2014 and 6 months later a yellow paint just surfaced out of nowhere , mind you the color of the car is black and white, he then reported the matter at the branch where he was assisted by Fezile and it was spray painted , then in January this year this yellow paint resurfaced, this was very surprising as the vehicle was brand new when purchased , now it starts to appear as if it's one of those resold vehicles from accidents as this yellow paint keeps resurfacing, he reported the matter again to the Branch , this time he spoke to Mohammed and he was told they will get back to him, until this day he has not received any correspondence from the branch regarding the matter, the way in which this is being dealt with is very appalling to say the least and it seems the branch is not even entertaining his case anymore. It appears that Nissan Pinetown only takes customer service seriously when they need to increase their sales and once their vehicle is sold the customer service is off no relevance and they're no longer willing to put the same effort they put in luring the customer to buying their vehicle in assisting their client whenever there's a problem with their vehicle thereafter , to this day the branch has not addressed this matter like they promised they would.</p>
