Pathetic Service from Nissan

My car has been with Group 1 Nissan for the past 5 days for repairs. I was initially advised I am to pay R9500 for repairs for my Timing Chain kit to be replaced. I then advised them that the car is still under warranty which they disputed and told me they will check and get back to me. After a day of trying to get an update, I was then advised it is under warranty but authorization is to be made my Nissan SA for the car to be repaired and the 60000km service job card is to be submitted together with the documents to Nissan SA for authorization. I have been advised that this job card was requested from IC Nissan in Benoni from the Service Manager who advised she doesn't know anything about this and has been in "meetings" the whole day when trying to be contacted. I am now told nothing can be done without that job card and my whole life has been inconvenienced due to this as I cannot see my kids due to transport issues. The service has been pathetic from the time of the booking till now, i still am without my car and being given the run around!!!
