Pathetic service!
My car broke down on the 8th of April 2022 and I was towed to Morgan Nissan Harrismith. Diagnostic test showed a problem with the cylinder head. Apparently the engineers are based in Bethlehem. 4 months later and the car has not been repaired!!! After numerous calls to them and countless excuses we are without a car. No feedback from neither Morgan Nissan nor innovation group!!

06 Sept 2022, 11:56Recent update 6th Sep 2022....the car is still not repaired. Dealer having used up all the possible excuses in the book..... On the 5th the bolt had to be tied to the exhaust... TEST Drive to be carried out and a call confirming that the Car can be picked up. Needless to say non of thus has happened...... Between this Dealer Morgans Harrismith and @Nissan SA..... I am speechless 😶

06 Sept 2022, 11:56The bottom line is that Nissan SA dealers /workshops do not have the expertise required to have fixed the Nissan Quashqai..... And no one will admit and take responsibility Because after Months A New Car had to be Given to the Client 😡
