Pathetic Service

<p>I am so ashamed to say that my very first dealings with NTT Nissan Secunda have been very unpleasant and the service is shocking as I called on Friday Morning the 21/07/2017 requesting a quote for some parts needed to service my vehicle and was told that I would be called back and that the quote will be mailed to me as per my request and it is now Monday Morning the 24/07/2017 and I have still not received my callback or mail with my quote and I am now wondering if I made a mistake buying a Nissan as all the Nissan Dealerships I have dealt with the service has been less than satisfactory.</p>
