It is extremely regrettable that anyone of our valued customers experiences a concern as we strive to produce the best automotive products, with the best service to back up the Nissan brand.
Please note that we have investigated the reason for the delay of the delivery of the requested component and it has been determined that the cargo was held back in Amsterdam due to a customs related concern.
According to our system the Estimated time of arrival is indicated to be the 19.08.2015. However considering the urgency and necessity of this part to ensure completion of the repairs on your Nissan vehicle, we have requested assistance to see if we can get the part sooner than the 19.08.2015
