Over an hour to plug a tyre...

I am currently sitting in the waiting area in Nissan Edenvale.

My vehicle has been standing for an hour - waiting for “someone” to plug a tyre- which picked up an obstruction before leaving the service department.

Only after I raise the fact that I’ve been waiting for an hour, does someone attempt to first go try and find a jack to remove the tyre. FIND IT??? Why the hell is it lost?

1 hour - to plug a tyre... and no one seems to give a continental about it - “Maybe it will fix itself” Everyone in the workshop seems to be on a go-slow.

I still had to ask if someone died as this place is morbid beyond belief.

I will be taking future business elsewhere - where they actually take pride in their work - even the menial tasks.

Hell, next time I’ll do it myself and send them the bill.
