Ongoing service issues

<p>I Have owned many Nissans over the years and always believed them to be great cars, but honestly the service from Nissan in Kempton Park has put me off ever owning another one. The services are terrible, and the last three times I have had a vehicle serviced there it has been a bad excperience. Problems include Not doing the work requested, not doing the work as required in the schedule for maintenance, not taking responsibility when work is not done, closing early for various reasons without advising me so that when I go to fetch my car they are closed, car breaking down after a service with parts that should have been replaced. Its a great pity, I used to love Nissan and was a big fan of the cars, but servicing at a dealership is expensive and I would like to know I am getting the service I pay for. Maybe other dealers are better, I dont know.</p>
