Not Qaulified staff

About a month ago I took my wife's car to the dealer in Paarl as the vehicle was bought with only 40000Km on it there was issues ,The spare wheel rim was dented ,the aircon button was not working 100% ,the clutch was given problems and the vehicle had rust on it ,front hood of car was not aligned as per factory and the camber and shaft had moved forward as some one hit a big pothole ,strangely all this was not picked up when the vehicle went for road worthy ,after allot of fighting all the above was fixed ,however the clutch started with the same problem again ,book my car in to the dealer ship no they have Nissan phoning me to tell me that the clutch is not under warranty ,but they fixed it a month ago ,sending out a specialist why they are supposed to ne qualified to work on customers vehicles . I will never do business with them again had same issues when I bought my Nissan juke from them they are keen to sell the vehicles but as soon as you are having issues they don't care. Due to this I amnow forced to take legal action and are also going to the CPA.
