Not honoring warranty sold to us with vehicle

Bought a vehicle on 1/9/11 from Nissan Heidelberg. Sales person said ***km/6yr warranty. Vehicle needed item replaced in Feb 2015 and told out of warranty (should still have 2.5yrs or 45000km left). Sales person misled us. Tried to get hold of Heidelberg DP (25/2 & 26/2), he didn't call back. Called customer care, spoke to Karika on 27/2. Nissan is now making me jump though hoops to get the warranty that we are entitled to! How is this fair? Karika doesn't seem prepared to escalate matter to management, resulting at everyone dragging their feet to fix Nissan's mistake. Gave Karika a deadline of yesterday end of business to have warranty sorted, of cause this didn't happen. Why should Nissan care to try and make this priority? If it only their mistake that they need to fix! BUT of cause the consumer needs to suffer!!!

Vehicle requires repairs, Karika is aware of this and Nissan doesn't seem to care one bit about this.

I am beyond shocked at how bad this is being handled and how little Nissan SA care to fix THEIR mistake! I do expect a call from senior management, today, informing me that warranty has been corrected.
