Nortfcliff Nissan breaks the CPA laws
Rob from Nissan Northcliff is extremelt *********.... I have to repeatedly hear how the Nissan Sentra they are selling is a good price but yet they selling it to me for 40000 with no road and reg and no CPA warranty.<br> 1. Rob is wrong about the good price as the car's retail is currently on 35500 - FACT.<br> 2. CPA warranty cannot simply be written off by a dealer - it is the LAW - FACT.<br> <br> But I have to repeatedly hear, with a arrogant undertone is his voice, that 40000 is a good deal and he will give me the car as is, with no warranty and no road worthy or registration... I have to repeatedly hear that the car is on Auction... Is Nissan Northcliff now an auction house????? <br> <br> It is people like you that make me sick... you dont care about your customers and you dont care about the laws of our country.<br> <br> 40000 is still a lot of money which I worked HARD for... it was not given to me... money does not grow on trees!!<br> <br> Yuo should be ashamed...Nissa should fix this by now giving me the Nissan Sentra, fully road worthy and registrations and the CPA warranty as per our LAW at 38000!!! this is still above retail and should cover road and reg!! Why do you emplloy sales people like these??

It is important to note that Nissan Dealership are privately owned entities with their own rules and regulations and sales negotiations takes place on a one-to-one basis and which is finalised by an agreement signed by both the buyer and seller .
Kindly note that factors such as Mileage, Age and the condition of the vehicle contributes towards the pricing of the vehicle, as explained above this negotiations takes place on a one-on-one basis during the sales negotiation process. In the event that we do intervene, it would amount to price fixing which would be in contravention of the National Competition Act.
Notwithstanding the above, please be assured that Nissan South Africa undertakes to support our customer and product at all times, as we value their esteemed custom.
