Non delivery of Natis and license plates after cash payment

I bought a vehicle at Nissan Milnerton in October. Paid cash on 21/10/22 and took delivery on 22/10/22. The price paid included licence, registration etc. I have made numerous requests to the salesman over the last 6 weeks and the manager promised me last week that I would have proof of ownership and my new licence plates by this weekend 3 Desember 2020. I am still waiting!! They emailed me the Natis document with the previous owner’s name. What am I supposed to do with that?? I have never had to wait this long for this service to be rendered. The managers attitude is he will send someone if there is time. This is unacceptable!! Can someone pls get these people to do their jobs??
