Noisy annoying brakes sound

I bought a Brad new Nissan Magnite acenta cvt last year on the 18th of February at Hatfield dealership , 3months after I started having a problem with the brakes, I took it back to the dealership and they said it was because of the materials of the brake pads they used. They removed the brake pads and put new ones but the problem continued, which I took the car back again for the second time and they told me that they removed the brake pads and cleaned them and even today I'm still having the same issue. It is not revolved. I tried to lodge a complain via fb which they did contact the Hatfield dealership to contact me only for them to send me a text message saying they have closed the complaint since they called me once and couldn't get hold of me.. I'm not happy with your service Nissan you can do better than this.. Imagine having to play loud music whenever you are driving so that you won't be able to hear the annoying brakes sound
