No service

My Navara's coil pack needs replacing. I ordered and paid for a new coil pack on Monday, 18.04.2016 just after 13:00 via Hyundai Trichardt Workshop. On Wednesday, the part was delivered, but it was the wrong part. Now we are still awaiting delivery of the correct part. I need my vehicle today. This is totally unacceptable service.
