No Service

Good day. We bought a Nissan bakkie mp200. My husband hates the bakkie!! From the start he had a problem with the light. Reported it and oh sorry we for got to put in a fuse ( really on a brand new vehicle) then he started having problems with his windows. It struggles to open and closed. I asked Nissan Randfontein about it and they said it is a faulty problem on the vehicle! I must just ask them and they will order one and replace it. That was 3 weeks ago. And still waiting. I phone them to order one. A week later phoned again and they still did not order it and said they will. Phoned again and nothing!!!! And guess what still waiting! What must a person do to get it fixed tired of running after Nissan.
