No ones clued up

Nissan Qashqai bought on 23 March 2024at Nissan Menlyn, Pretoria. Ever since the car has been bought we have been complaining about the tyre pressure sensor. We complained to the sales person several times, even took it to Nissan Mafikeng but they couldnt resolve the issue and were rather rude and dismissive stating they cant help we need to take it to where we bought it. We are told to contact Nissan national, also informed to take the car to Pretoria. Unfortunately with a faulty tyre pressure sensor, we are not comfortable in doing so. Havent had any joy from both Nissan branches.
