No oil in engine after service

I booked my vehicle in for its 45 000KM service last week. The vehicle went in on Tuesday. It was a great experience form the word go, the service manager was very friendly and polite and all seemed to go well. I was surprised at the amount of vehicles that were there to be serviced , but I didn't give it much though. I then received a call at 11:00am to tel me that the vehicle is done. I was taken aback at how quickly this service was done, but none the less happy to have my car back. When I picked up the vehicle it was parked on the ramp(at an angle) I got into the car turned the key and got a low oil warning. I was told its just because the vehicle is standing at an angle and will be fine the moment the car is level. I drove home.

When I needed to go to the shops an hour later the vehicle gave the same warning. At this point I phoned the dealership to inform them of the mistake. I went to the nearest garage and and put two pints of oil in the engine!

I am now very worried about the \service"that has been done"
