#NissanServiceIs*******!
I’m utterly disgusted with the service at Nissan Durban in Rossburgh. I think they are *********** their customers which is such a shame. I bought my Nissan Micra in March 2018, the second day of driving it it was already making funny break sounds. When I called them to complain they said It’s because the car is still new but there’s nothing wrong with it. When I took for service in October I Reported the break sound again but still nothing was done about it, it was still making the same sound when I took it from service. Today I took for the Free Health Check to prepare for traveling, they now call me to tell me that I have to pay R1 700 to replace the breaks. When I tell the lady that the breaks started making the sound from the first day when I took from the shop, she says maybe it’s the dust?, dust! Really! Brand New Car! I mean, should I really pay for something that was faulty in the first place. Do they do it on purpose to put used break pads so that they get worn quicker so that they gain. Do break pads really get finished within a year, I mean my car is only 8 months old but already we talking about changing break pads.
I’m never buying a Nissan vehicle ever, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I was planning to buy NP200 vans for work but never again. I am flippin ****ed.
