Nissan X Trail - Disc Skimmed and Brakes replaced at 30 000km

I bought a new Nissan X Trail about 3 years ago. I had to get the brake discs skimmed at 20000 km and the brake pads replace at 35 000km . I toke the car in for a service at 60 000km and now I get told that I have to get the brake discs skimmed about and the brake pads replace. Surely this is Nissan defect and not normally wear and tear on my car. I have been driving cars for over 30 years now and I never had get my disc skimmed and brake replace at such an early age.

I'm not prepare to fork about another R5000 for a Nisssan defect. My other concern is that discs can one be skimmed once more and thereafter that have to be replaced. I don't even know what that is going to cost. I think it's time to fine another brand of car.
