Nissan worst service ever
Brand new navara bakkie gearbox broke,been waiting more than a month with still no warranty claim granted. My bakkie is at motus nissan centurion,they do all they can but nissan south africa is taking there time. My bakkie is only 2months old and has 4000km on the clock. Worst after sales service ever!!!

25 Sept 2025, 18:28Another day has passed and still no joy!! I bought the bakkie in Vredenburg at fusion motor group. I stay in langebaan and is currently here in pta for work again. Need my bakkie to go back home. Nissan did give me a rental car to use! My thing is,i bought a brand new bakkie,and now i expect a new one in return. If i dont get answers i will cancel the deal,i did speak to wesbank also and they are awaiting the paperwork. Someone beter phone me with a solution...
