Nissan Worst Quality Vehicle ( Never buy a Nissan)

I bought a Nissan Qashqai 1.5 DCI Acenta in March 2015, on my way home from a business trip to Durban on the 1st of December 2015 the car broke down with gearbox issues in Harrismith. The car was towed to Bethlehem and I had to pay for a rental car as Nissan didnt have service vehicles available to get me home.

Nissan South Africa dealt with the breakdown and towing issue, so I had to contact them with regards to any progress on my vehicle. Every week I had to contact them as I was promised that I would be kept informed of the progress but that never happened. Every week was a different excuse why the car hadnt been fixed yet. On the 8th of February 2016, I sent a mail to the Financing company hoping they will help as I had been without service of my vehicle for 3 months at that point and had to pay for the vehicle every month, and still Nissan only had excuses. I was eventualy told they have replaced my gearbox, but they had to wait for the new gearbox to arrive from Japan, and that is why it took so long.

I got my car back from Nissan Westrand and two days after collection the car didnt want to go into 6th gear, so I took it back to Nissan Westrand. They said that thay will have to strip the gearbox and do another warenty claim, as they suspect its the synchro in the gearbox. They said the job would take about a week, well after another bunch of excuses of why it was taking so long (wrong gearbox first, then the clutch didnt fit, etc.) I eventualy got my car back after 2 weeks. Acording to them they replaced the clutch and rectified the synchros.

Needless to say the gearbox seemed to hold up just fine after that, until Thursday last week 13 October 2016.On my way in to work the gearbox started making some humming/grinding sounds, so I decided to pull into the Nissan close to work as I dont want the car to leave me next to the side of the road. Nissan Woodmead, said they think its the drive shaft of the gearbox and will need to remove the gearbox again for the 3rd time to do another warenty claim, but according to the service manager, Nissan never replaced my gearbox ever according to the warenty records, they only replaced the clutch according to the records.......... Imagine my surprise. I dont have much of a choice so my car is in at Nissan Woodmead at the moment and they said it will take about a week to repair, but when I asked for a service vehicle, the only response is that they dont have one available......... So again I am left having to pay for a car I cant use and Nissan dont seem to care. The car has less than 100 000km on the clock and less than 2 years old and the gearbox breaks down 3 times, I have never heard of anything like that, its shocking quality and extremly poor service.
