NISSAN -WORST CAR MANUFACTURERS

Good Afternoon

I purchased a vehicle (Nissan Magnite CTV from CMH durban Central Town June 2022.

After the second day of use, the car brakes were making a strange sound. Took it back to the dealership service person said there was a fault with brakes and they waiting for Nissan to address.

Then the guy said he would grind down brake pads to stop the sound, and it worked for two weeks.

Then, every time I sent my nissan for service, the service tech kept on grinding brake pads.

Until November 2022 were the brake pads and disc were damaged.

I had to paid for it.

I logged a complain at nissan sa for 6 months they and only told me today that there is nothing they can do. And I had to call them for this information.

They didnt contact me to give me to give feedback I had to call them for answers.

Now they it is because of were and tare but the dealership couldn't provide them with pictures of measurements they made they the outcome on what they heard.

And now they have told me that I must bring back the car because have new material for the brakes.

My only option now is to take them to small claims court.
