Nissan work not make sure

I wrote to get help about my Nissan magnite and then I got a response and they took the car in for 2 days and they did fix some things like the sound that i hear when im driving coming from the gearbox but there are still other things like the car has a slow reaction, I think when the gears change it takes time for it to react and some minor things like the USB input place on the radio still does not work and when I got the car back there was no report back of what they did fix and what they did not and reasons for that sound
