NISSAN UNABLE TO REPAIR NP 300

My Father bought a Nissan NP 300 from Nissan Vereeniging the bakkie has been sent in 5 times for gearbox repairs Nissan is unable to fix the gearbox the bakkie is still brand new the contract with Absa bank is going to be cancelled as the bakkie should have been fixed he is not going to pay for a bakkie that can't be fixed Nissan SA offered a reconed gearbox now its a new bakkie with a reconned 2nd hand gearbox
