Nissan Umhlanga after sale service

I am not happy with my first service of my Nissan Qash qai at Nissan Umhlanga. First, I tried calling for a date so many times and the phone was not getting answered. Ended up booking online. The dealership sent a confirmation but did not let me know that they were short staffed and how that would affect the service of my car. Received the worst service my car was not ready on time and no one bothered to let me know in time. Spent more than two hours waiting in the dealership. I am so not impressed with such service.
