Nissan trying to avoid repairing Qashqai under warranty

I wish I had come here to check Nissan's ratings before buying their car. I bought a 2nd hand Nissan qashqai 1.5 dci tekna at We Buy Cars in March 2023 at 60000 KM still under warranty. The car started having a problem with changing gears in May. We took it to Nissan Mthatha, they said they had adjusted the clutch. Now on the 18 July, the failed completely to change gears. We then organized a tow truck to tow it to Mthatha. At which they told us it has a clutch problem, and did a quote for us. Upon receiving the quote I informed them that the car is under warranty they must fix it. They told me the clutch is not included in the warranty, I then told them to repair the other units then which included the dual flywheel. They then said it is my fault that the dual flywheel is faulty. I was surprised how is that even possible, I asked them to send me proof. They then inform that I must first authorize them to strip and quote at my cost. At which I refused to pay, and pointed out their lies, because they had quoted me on the repairs on parts seemingly they hadn't even checked.

Now I am still stuck there, and it's such an inconvenience. Now we don't have a car. I have even escalated the matter to customer care, who are also doing nothing about it. I am regretting buying a Nissan product
