Nissan star motors Vanderbijlpark

Where do i begin!!!! I am waiting 7 weeks for my nissan navara that is at nissan starmotors Vanderbijlpark just to fix my brakes that they said nothing is wrong with. After a big fight they have picked up that my front ventilated disc brake is so wornout that it needs to be replaced after they already skimmed the discs 3 X under the below specs Nissan has set for replacement the nissan dealership has told me that they will not pay for anything that Nissan SA is responsible for everthing because my nissan navara is still under factory warranty and they should take the costs on them. This is week 7 that i am without my navara and still nothing has happend i have asked them to help me with a courtesy vehicle because i have no other transport they simply dont care and ignore my request . I have reported this matter to nissan SA and still the consultant that is working on my claim phones me every time and tells me they are waiting on feedback or they need further reports hell i mean how long can it take to decide to replace my front discs and rear drums as that is well under specs. It is more than a week now that they need just a approval to say if they are going to fix it or not. Why do Nissan Sa give a warranty on their vechicles if they cant keep to their word and give the service that we paid for and their promise to honour that they are just fooling us as customers and they cant say they are giving a service because there are no services . Very fast to take your money but their after service is ****!!!!!!! I will never in my life buy from nissan again and will recomment no one to buy from Nissan!!!!!!
