Nissan staff trip over each other to give us bad service

We had have a flat battery on a vehicle that was sold to us in September by Nissan Balito. The battery went flat and we wanted to check if there is a warrantee on the battery. My colleague called Nissan Ballito 8 Jan - no response. She then sent an email to Devashnee who was our sales person. Devashnee did not respond to any messages and calls. We then got hold of Daryn in the week of 15 Jan. We arranged to take the car to Nissan Balito to have the battery checked. The remote would not work as the battery was clearly too flat. So I tried the FOB key. The fob key did not work. I phoned Daryn. He said I must try the spare key. I did. The spare key fob did not work. Daryn came out to our premises to check. He took off the door handle cover and then promptly told me someone fiddled with the lock but in a way that it sounded like we were the *****s. He said he will arrange a tow truck. The tow truck did not fit into the ba*****t - Daryn should have known this, not our area of expertise. Then he asked Clyde from Nissan Durban to come and tow the car. Inbetween I got several calls from Nissan and the towing company, even after I gave them different number to call. So then the sent another person to asses the vehicle and then Clyde told us that because the vehicle had been standing for a while, we would be liable for the locksmith. What nonsense. The fob keys don't work and I did not see evidence of the lock being fiddled with, only that may appear so after Daryn stuck a *****driver into it. Now we are at a standstill. Clyde says Daryn must sort it out and Daryn is nowhere to be found. The result, we had to rent a vehicle for the week. They asked us to pay for the locksmith, which I said I will do if they pay for our rental vehicle. The rot started with Devashnee - this problem could have been sorted out weeks ago if she did her job. Please can Nissan collect the car, fix the problem and get it back to us. The plan was that we would jumb start the car, fix the flat tyre which was also in the mix and drive it to Balito. I have spoken to 5 different people from Nissan and the towing company. The last conversation, the woman who phoned me undertook to solve the problem. Then Nissan phoned my colleague and said we have to pay for the locksmith. The odasity of that boggles my mind
