NISSAN SOUTH AFRICA IGNORING WARRANTY ISSUE ON MY VEHICLE
Refer Case No. ***3 Assisting Dealer: Nissan Mobeni Date Logged: 26.09.2023 Consultant: Vanecia Ndhlovana
SINCE THE DATE OF LOGGING THIS ISSUE WITH NISSAN SOUTH SOUTH AFRICA AND NISSAN MOBENI, BOTH PARTIES HAVE CHOOSEN TO TAKE THE ROUTE OF IGNORING ME AS A CUSTOMER.
The vehicle in question is an NP200 which was with the Nissan Mobeni dealership for two months getting the gearbox repaired. The gearbox still leaks oil and they are ignoring me as a customer rectify the poor workmanship.
To date Nissan ignores all enquiries i make regarding them repairing the vehicle.

followed by a call on 5th Dec 2023 at 10:14am by Tebogo to advise me that the manager at Nissan Mobeni was not in and they will contact him the following day and get back to me.
A call on 6th Dec 2023 at 10:49am to ask me what was wrong with the vehicle. This call is quiet frustrating considering the original case was opened in Sept and Tebogo is the consultant that has assisted me previously but on this day had no clue of what is happening! After explaining the situation again I was told I would be contacted again with what needs to be done. As at close of business today the 11th Dec 2023 I have not had any feedback yet from Tebogo!
Today 11th Dec 2023 I received contact from Charlette at Nissan Mobeni at 10:10am enquiring what parts I am waiting for! Clueless lady on what is happening and advises me she was asked by management to call me but no idea why or what is going on. I had spoken to her previously on the 16th Nov @ 3:20pm advising her of what was the situation of the vehicle and was told she will call me back. Never got a call back from her from the 16th Nov 2023 until today and it's as if someone erased her memory because she is truly clueless!
Another call from Nissan Mobeni today at 11:53am, Charlette again to confirm the vehicle number plate! And advising she will come back to me. Honestly I will not hold my breathe for a solution from Nissan Mobeni as they have not shown any interest in helping me from 26th September 2023 when I initially raised this matter with them.
Nissan South Africa please go back and listen to the phone calls received and made to your customer service on this matter to understand how below standard your customer service levels are with yourselves and your dealer partner Nissan Mobeni.
It really makes me question if Nissan values its customers when a matter cannot be resolved from the 26th Sept 2023 to date.
Also note this gearbox issue has stemmed from poor workmanship from your dealer Nissan Mobeni who had the vehicle from July 2023 to Sept 2023 and did not repair the gearbox which to date still has a leak!
Nissan South Africa I await your feedback on this matter.
