Nissan South Africa and Nissan Milnerton Bad Service

I bought a nissan Magnite in 2022 and I hardly even drive it and its at 18 000 for the past 2 years and it went for after it came from service it died and did not start and i took it to to Nissan Milnerton where it was serviced and that was in June 2024 and till today the car is still with them. I have tried everything I can to get them to give me another car since this is an issue from their side and they don't seem to know how to fix it. I am very disappointed with Nissan and the car is still under warranty. Its almost 6 months now without a car I am paying for.
