Nissan South Africa

Hello Peter. On the 12th August 2020 we bought parts for Nissan Pathfinder at Nissan Rosslyn branch in Pretoria at R7635. 23 and they were supposed to be ordered since they were not available in stock, same day we found those parts and informed Nissan to cancel the order which they did and they promised to refund us back. We did follow up with them on several occasions they requested proof of payment which we submitted, but till today 25 November 2020 we haven't been refunded, pleas assist.
