Nissan sold a vehicle that wasn't road worthy.

Please DO NOT PURCHASE THE NISSAN MAGNITE! I recently bought a brand new 2023 Magnite and ever since it has been giving me endless problems. First, the heater button broke, we got it fixed by a Nissan dealership and they fixed it but broke our LCD screen. The LCD screen stopped working. Then the vehicle gave us inaccurate dashboard readings. Kept telling us to fill pressure/puncture but there was nothing wrong with the tyre pressures. Then it kept indicating that there's low/no petrol but we had filled petrol prior to that, very scary especially when we were travelling long distances. Another fault was the screeching sounds from the brakes. To top it all, the airbags didn't even deploy when my husband met an accident. A very troublesome car. I know that Nissan sold me a car that was not road worthy. I don't recommend anyone purchasing the Magnites.

The accident was severe hence, the car was a write off. Prior to accident I have experienced numerous faults. I have asked Nissan to compensate us and they did their investigation for two months and they told me they cannot compensate us. I have now contacted the ombudsman. I am convinced that I was sold a vehicle that was not road worthy. When I used to open the doors it used to have a slight shock ( electrocute) now it all makes sense. It was my first and last vehicle that I will ever purchase from Nissan and I will be passing the word around. I wouldn't want others to have the same experience I had.
