Nissan services is extremely poor
If I could give 0 stars I would... We bought a new Nissan magnite at Nissan Hartswater in 2021.. The car was lovely until it went for its second service after the service the car kept breaking.. The day after the service we went to a doctor in Bloemfontein, We noticed the car losing power and making an weird noise... We live 280km from Bloemfontein we decided to go to the nearest Nissan, because we do not want to take a change driving back.. Nissan Bloemfontein .. With NO help with a loan car from Nissan we needed to call family to come and fetch us in Bloemfontein... Nissan Bloemfontein kept the car for 2 weeks.. Each day its a different story of what is wrong.. After 2 weeks they said the spark plug is broken off... A month later the car started the same thing losing power making strange noise.. I told nissan Hartswater there is something wrong.. They put it on the computer and said everything is fine... 2 weeks later the Car started making the same noise... I went to nissan again and said there is something wrong with the car... They took the car and started working on it.. Its been 2 weeks, they still dont know whats wrong with the car, the car is striped, they keep saying Nissan South Africa say they need to test this and test that.. Each day, day are testing, wanting to out in a new engine or new parts But Nissan south Africa keeps sending requests.. The mechanic does not know what to so any more.. With this I have NO vehicle to go to work of go Home.. They do not want to give us a courtesy car, they always have an excuse.. The car is brand new with 27 00km and still under its warranty... If they are talking about an knew engine how long am i still going to be without a car... Why after a service the car starts breaking what did they do in the service???
Nissan South Africa is offers NO help their service is extremely poor.. I would Never recommend Nissan vechile to anyone..
