Nissan selling under

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from a local dealership in April 2017 , it is a NP300 Nissan Bakkie from Nissan Queenstown. We had verified all details with the salesman twice over and a service plan was in order and in place, we finalised the sale . Once verifying all details again and the salesman confirming yet again, that the service plan is in place up until 90 000km's. We were informed when taking our vehicle in for a 30 000km service on 25.10.17 that we didn't have a service plan. After many calls made to and fro from Nissan South Africa, Nissan Queenstown and us, they agreed to pay for the 30 000km service but are not not prepared to pay for any follow up services up until 90 000km's. The Dealer Principle is not prepared to see us and the salesman confirms he did tell us that he sold us the vehicle with a service plan in place but for some reason it has been revoked. Nissan South Africa, did keep in touch for a short while by trying to sort this out but are gently letting us go by not calling us back as when promised. The final say, according to Nissan South Africa, lays with the dealer Principle in Queenstown. As Nissan says, "We keep Promises.... They only make Promises!"
