Nissan SA's actions go directly against the CPA, and they don't care

Bought a used Magnite in July 2025,with 41000km on the odo. December 2025, it breaks down on the highway. Two weeks of misdiagnosed issues follows by the dealer. I insist on a courtesy car. Suddenly they find a single wire that broke off. After more than two weeks that they said they cannot find the fault and is comparing the engine part for part with another one. They claim it is rodent damage, and I need to pay 18k for a full harness replacement due to the clean break in ONE wire. I dispute the likelihood and justification of this, and whether a sectional wire repair will really void my factory warranty as the dealer claims. Case is opened at Nissan SA. No follow up from anyone. If I don't phone them, I hear nothing. They put absolutely NOTHING in writing, I believe that is for a reason as to not give me evidence of their misconduct. Not even a written quote for the alleged repairs. My questions were 1. Why am I given a verbal quote and to this day one month later after numerous requests, I still have not received a written quote or photographs of the retrospectively noticed damages that they claim? 2. Have the mechanical issues previously misdiagnosed been fixed under the warranty conditions and can I have proof of that? 3. Why is a sectional wire repair not a viable option in this case of a single broken wire, why am I being pushed into a full harness replacement? Nissan SA answers me telephonically after another 2 weeks of me emailing and phoning every day and informs me that they will not have any further involvement with this case as the dealer confirms rodent damage and that it is not a warranty issue.

The leaking tappet cover and oily pencil coil previously seen? The anti pollution error the car gave? All rodent damage? I doubt it, but according to Nissan SA it is fine that the dealer misdiagnosed the car 4 times before finding the broken wire after 2 weeks. It is fine with them that they insisted I pay without a quote. My requests for proof / jobcards / justification was blatantly ignored with the answer of "Rodent damage sorry you have to pay", literally. I WILL NEVER BUY NISSAN AGAIN AND STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE AGAINST DOING SO. After sales service is non existent and frankly against the CPA. They sold me a faulty car that likely had accident damage before due to previous suspension alignment issues, and broken bonnet clips that don't align properly, and refuse to take any responsibility or portray transparency when mechanical issues arise.
